Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring property owners, conducting field visits, promoting NoBroker's paid services, and achieving sales targets through direct customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire property owners through field visits and direct interactions.
• Conduct daily field visits to residential areas and assigned locations.
• Explain NoBroker's products, subscription plans, and premium services to property owners.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales updates in the CRM.
• Research local markets to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, or mandatory as per the role's requirements.
