Field Sales Executive/ Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit retailers and generate orders

• Develop new retail outlets and expand market coverage
• Maintain relationships with retailers
• Ensure product availability and visibility
• Track competitor activity and market feedback
• Follow up on payments and collections
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Submit daily market/sales reports

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of FMCG sales experience preferred
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Local market knowledge preferred
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Target-oriented and proactive
