Eligibility:

• Freshers / 1 to 2 yrs (Executive) | 2+ yrs (Manager)
• Sales/BD experience preferred

Role:
Responsible for student recruitment through field activities, calling, and lead generation. This is a target-driven sales role involving counseling students and promoting education/career opportunities in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, job fairs, and events
• Counsel and convert students for banking/career programs
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and walk-ins
• Coordinate seminars, drives, and outreach activities
• Maintain MIS and achieve admission/sales targets
• Travel for events and lead generation activities

Manager Role (Additional):

• Lead team, monitor performance, and drive targets
