Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and clinical product demonstrations to doctors, medical faculty, and healthcare professionals.
• Explain product functionality, clinical applications, and technical features to customers.
• Support the sales team during pre-sales and post-sales activities as the technical expert.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Convert product demonstrations and trials into successful sales.
• Collect and document customer feedback to improve product usability.
• Track field activities, including product demonstrations, installations, training, and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance product performance.
