Field Sales Executive : E Commerce & Web Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive who are immediate joiners to pitch and sell end-to-end e-commerce platforms and website development solutions to business owners, retail merchants, and enterprises.

You will manage client interactions, conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations, negotiate packages, and close sales.

Work Mode Options

• Office-based: Full-time operations from our main office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with small-to-medium business owners and decision-makers via office (Shop/Showroom/Office) visits.
• Pitch custom e-commerce setups, corporate websites, and digital integration solutions.
• Identify client requirements and present suitable web/e-commerce packages.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline: Prospecting->Virtual Demo ->Negotiation-> Closing.
• Maintain clear reporting, pipeline updates, and client follow-ups via CRM.

Mandatory Eligibility & Screening Criteria

• Service History & UAN (Mandatory): Candidates must possess an active UAN with verified past service history recorded in the EPFO portal.
• Background Verification: Selection is strictly subject to passing a comprehensive Background Verification (BGV), including past employment checks, reference audits, and service history checks.
• Experience: Minimum [2] years of sales experience (experience selling web services, software, IT solutions, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred).

Key Requirements & Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Understanding of basic web technologies, e-commerce stores, domain/hosting models, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and CRM software.
• High self-motivation and target-oriented mindset.
