Field Sales Executive: Dealer & Distributor Sales (Toys & FMCG)

Role & Responsibilities

Star Toys India is looking for a Field Sales Executive to appoint and manage dealers, distributors and wholesale partners across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers and retail partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with distributors for order management, stock movement and collections.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
• Support business expansion initiatives across assigned territories and new target markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG, consumer goods, toys, gifting, stationery or distribution sales.
• Strong understanding of General Trade (GT), dealer and distributor networks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
• Candidate should possess a valid two-wheeler and required identification documents.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship management abilities.
