Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive institutional sales for corporate uniforms and shoes. The role involves developing new corporate tie-ups, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.

• Develop and acquire new corporate clients for customized uniform and workwear solutions.
• Generate business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Drive repeat business by managing key accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth order processing and execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, customer database, and regular MIS reports.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong field sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in corporate uniform sales, garment sales, textile sales, or institutional sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, garments, customization, and uniform solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA / PGDM / Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
