Field Sales Executive- ACP & Architectural GLASS

About AGITUFF

AGITUFF® is a manufacturer of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), Architectural Glass, and Hardware products.

We are expanding our sales network across West Bengal and looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated Sales Executives for Birbhum, Murshidabad, and Malda districts.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling AGITUFF® ACP and Architectural Glass products, developing new dealer networks, generating sales enquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

Freshers are welcome! Candidates with sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell AGITUFF® Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and Architectural Glass products.
2. Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and business partners.
3. Visit dealers, fabricators, contractors, architects, builders, and construction sites.
4. Generate new business enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
6. Conduct regular market visits within the assigned district.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
8. Collect market information and identify potential business opportunities.
9. Submit daily sales reports and customer visit updates.
10. Coordinate with the company regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates Preferred.

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Can Apply).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.

Must own a bike for field visits.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Basic knowledge of the local market and geographical areas.

Candidates with previous experience in building materials, construction materials, ACP, glass, or hardware sales will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: 10,000–15,000 per month

Additional Performance-Based Sales Incentives

Salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills.

Murshidabad

Malda

Candidates will be responsible for sales and business development activities in their assigned territories.
