Field Sales Engineer-Medical Equiprment

We are looking for highly motivated Sales Engineers/Executives to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence in the Indian Healthcare Market. This role involves meeting & engaging in person with healthcare professionals and medical institutions to promote and sell our medical equipment and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates will gain experience with the latest medical technology from an international brand.

Passionate about extensive field work, including face-to-face meetings and building/maintaining strong relationships with potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Present, promote, and sell medical equipment and devices to prospective customers
• Explain product features and clinical benefits clearly to healthcare professionals
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors and hospital staff
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
• Attend industry events, meetings, and Conferences and follow up on leads generated.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to long-term account growth.
• Coordinate closely with the backend teams to ensure preparing commercial proposals based on client discussions and follow up for approvals and clarifications.
• Ensure timely payment collections and keep divisional outstanding at minimal levels through regular follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, ECE, or B.Sc. (relevant discipline).
• Willingness to travel extensively, as the role involves significant field work.
