POCLANE Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell POCLANE Mini Excavators across Kerala.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across Kerala.
Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and equipment rental businesses.
Promote POCLANE Mini Excavators and demonstrate their features and benefits.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in field sales, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, automobiles, or industrial equipment.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
Ability to independently develop the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
Freshers with a strong sales aptitude are also welcome to apply.
