Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research on new launches, upcoming projects, and micro-market trends
• Undertake frequent site visits to gather on-ground market intelligence
• Interact with homebuyers to understand preferences, concerns, and decision-making behaviour
• Engage with developers, channel partners, and brokers to validate and enrich insights
• Track pricing trends, supply pipelines, and inventory movement
• Monitor infrastructure developments, government policies, and their impact on demand
• Map micro-market dynamics by connecting supply, demand, and buyer sentiment
• Synthesize insights into structured, buyer-first outputs (reports, frameworks, content inputs)
• Collaborate with content, product, and strategy teams to drive relevant, high-impact outputs

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 24 years of experience in real estate, market research, advisory, or consulting
• Strong on-ground exposure to Delhi/NCR(or ability to build quickly)
• Comfortable interacting with homebuyers and extracting meaningful insights
• Experience working with developers, brokers, or channel partners
• Strong understanding of buyer behaviour and market dynamics
• Structured thinker with good communication and writing skills
• Self-driven, curious, and comfortable balancing fieldwork with analysis
