Role & responsibilities

• Meet prospective customers and understand their property rental or buying requirements.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Assist customers in finding suitable properties based on their needs.
• Conduct field visits and property visits with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers regularly to close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to convince customers and negotiate effectively.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the company's eligibility criteria.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: 21,00025,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives.
• Petrol Allowance: 5,000.
• Other Benefits: PF, health insurance up to 1 lakh, and additional perks.
