Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Recruiters to hire and onboard delivery partners for Swiggy.
Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, candidate sourcing, and achieving recruitment targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source and recruit delivery partners through field visits, referrals, and recruitment drives.
Explain job details, eligibility criteria, and onboarding procedures to candidates.
Assist candidates with document collection and onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Identify new sourcing areas and build local candidate networks.
Maintain recruitment trackers and submit daily hiring reports.
Coordinate with the operations team to meet hiring requirements.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in field recruitment, field sales, or bulk hiring preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary:  23,000 25,000
Travel Allowance (TA):  2,600 per month
Performance-based incentives may apply.
