Field Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• On-Ground Sourcing: Find candidates through local networking, community visits, walk-in drives, and regional job boards (such as Apna or Job Hai).
• Volume & Frontline Hiring: Source and recruit delivery riders, picker-packers, manufacturing staff, or retail personnel.
• Direct Engagement: Conduct on-the-spot or walk-in interviews and assess candidate suitability right in the field.
• Documentation & Onboarding: Collect mandatory identity proofs, educational papers, and joining forms to complete pre-employment formalities.
• Attrition & Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with new hires to reduce early drop-offs and ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with operations managers and central HR teams to forecast labor needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mobility: Frequently requires local travel (often managing field visits via a two-wheeler/bike).
• Communication: Strong local language proficiency, interpersonal skills, and the ability to pitch jobs dynamically.
• Education & Experience: MBA with HR Specialization or Any Graduation & 3-5 years of bulk/field hiring experience.
