Field Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire technical field staff by leveraging employment portals, localized outreach, ITI institutes, and walk-in recruitment events.
• Evaluate applicants based on physical capability, driving license status, shift flexibility, and readiness for outdoor service duties.
• Maintain statutory compliance through complete candidate background checks, police verification, and detailed paper documentation.
• Engage periodically with operational technicians to drive candidate recommendations and referral pipelines.
• Administer practical evaluation sessions during selection to gauge hands-on familiarity with spraying apparatus and equipment.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Operations Managers to project seasonal staffing requirements 4 to 6 weeks ahead of demand spikes.
• Work alongside Branch Managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience and structured orientation for joining employees.
• Monitor and track early retention metrics for newly onboarded technical staff.
• Guarantee that every new hire finishes mandatory safety modules alongside L1 and L2 training courses.

Preferred candidate profile

• The Field Recruiter shall be responsible for driving technician hiring across branches. Key duties include working on-ground and doing localized hiring, visiting Branches , LIG MIG Areas , Empanelling NGO & other Blue Collar Recruitment agencies for Sourcing potential candidates. Driving Technicians to submit referrals using Incentive scheme, Organising Job Fairs in evenings, where technicians stay, BTL Activities like putting up posters or ads at potential outlets as well as digital medium like whats app etc
• The person will report to the Divisional Manager / Regional Manager. The person will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the internal and external stakeholders across in the Region.
