Field Recruiter

Job Description

• Recruit candidates for sales executives, field sales officers, collection executives, promoters, store staff, and other frontline positions.
• Source candidates through field visits, references, social media, and local hiring networks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
• Support walk-in interviews, local recruitment drives, and job fairs.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements for NBFC, mobile, and retail businesses.
