About the Role

The Field Representative (FR) is responsible for rider onboarding, deployment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day rider operations. The role involves coordinating with riders and internal teams to ensure seamless field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end rider onboarding and document verification
• Coordinate rider deployment and activation
• Support riders throughout onboarding and field operations
• Resolve rider issues by coordinating with internal teams
• Maintain onboarding records and update operational systems
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance and smooth operations
• Track rider productivity and engagement
