Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, job portals, and recruitment drives.

Conduct on-ground recruitment campaigns in high-footfall areas.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Explain job responsibilities, incentives, earnings, and company policies to candidates.

Coordinate documentation, verification, and onboarding processes.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to ensure smooth joining.

Track candidate conversion, joining, and retention metrics.

Build strong relationships with local communities and candidate sources.
