- Handle field recruitment for two-wheeler and delivery executives.
- Source candidates through field visits, vendors, social media, internet search tools, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage vendor sourcing, screening, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Screen incoming vendor profiles and coordinate Background Verification (BGV).
- Reach out to passive vendors and develop new vendor partnerships.
- Maintain job postings on career pages and other employment websites.
- Identify new recruitment resources, including:
- Advertising channels.
- Candidate databases.
- Local networks.
- Recruitment suppliers.
- Build and maintain a strong network of vendors to ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled within the stipulated timeframe.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to achieve staffing targets.
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Develop strategic sourcing channels for future recruitment requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and vendor records in the system.
- Use MS Excel and other relevant systems for recruitment tracking and reporting.
- Travel locally for field recruitment, vendor meetings, and candidate sourcing.
- Experience in field recruitment and delivery executive hiring.
- Experience in vendor management and onboarding.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of social media and online recruitment platforms.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong local area knowledge.
- Good coordination and relationship management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer systems.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
