We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Chennai.

Location: Chennai
Position: Field Recruiter
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through field recruitment activities and various sourcing channels.
• Conduct field visits to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Chennai for recruitment activities.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
