Field Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, references, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Visit local markets , communities, colleges, and other potential candidate locations for recruitment.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment records regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team for candidate onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and candidate networks.
• Ensure candidates complete required documentation and joining formalities.
• Track candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
