Field Recruiter || Sales Hiring

Role & responsibilities

A Field Recruiter spends a significant amount of time outside the office to source and engage candidates directly.

Responsibilities:

• Visiting colleges, job fairs, and hiring events
• Conducting walk-in drives
• Building local candidate networks
• Meeting potential candidates in the field
• Supporting bulk or volume hiring requirements

Primarily works from the client's office and integrates with the client's HR team.

Managing end-to-end recruitment for the client

• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Preferred candidate profile
• Male Candidate only

Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply

• Experience in retail hiring, bulk hiring, or recruitment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source candidates through job portals, references, and field recruitment activities.
• Experience in screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate onboarding.
• Comfortable working with hiring targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and walk-in interviews, if required.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
