Field Recruiter(male candidates)

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for Non-IT roles.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct candidate screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and attend interviews at client locations when required.
• Handle on-field recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
• Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
