Field Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Engineering graduates with minimum 1 year of experience in automotive industry quality department.

2. Candidate willing work at Chandigarh location.

2. To visit dealers to understand and analyze the customer compliant.

3. Coordinate with dealers and conduct joint investigation to identify and solve the quality complaints.

4. To support dealers to resolving issues and arrange necessary improvements.

5. Inspect warranty claim parts and do analysis.

6. Good system knowledge in SAP/ERP/ISO TS & MS office

7. Good communication skill & Interpersonal skill.
