Field QA- Ludhiana

Role & responsibilities

• Alignment with the Vishal Mega Mart(VMM) Garment quality process and procedures
• Communicate clearly to the HO as per the VMM quality process
• Ensure 100% Product quality as per VMM spec and standards
• Ensure 100% Product Label Compliance Standards as per Legal Metrology requirements
• Coordinate with reporting managers on daily schedule
• Offer technical solutions to supplier and buyer on product design and making related non-conformity issues.
• Communicating to HO for all work summary and product/supplier related details as per the business requirement
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring right quality products
• Delight the customer with right quality and right spec products
• Apprise the improvement for the products to get updated for customers Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical knowledge on manufacturing process of apparel, Basic knowledge's of pattern, dummy fitting and apparel manufacturing
• Ensure rigorous control of defects, rejects, repairable and washable garments.
• Cross functional competencies
• Computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure during peak loads

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quality Inspection

• B. Tech(Fashion/Textile) or Any Graduate with diploma from ATDC

• Preferred from Retail/Apparel/Fashion Industry
