Key Responsibilities:

• Visit companies and connect with HR/Talent Acquisition teams.
• Identify placement, internship, and recruitment opportunities.
• Build and maintain corporate relationships.
• Coordinate recruitment drives and collect job requirements.
• Follow up with companies for interviews and selections.
• Support MoUs, corporate partnerships, and placement activities.
• Maintain company database and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Represent the institute during corporate visits and events.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Corporate Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Basic recruitment knowledge.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel for company visits.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree; MBA/HR/Marketing preferred.
