Field Operator - Offsites & Utilities

1. Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all utility and offsite systems.

2. Monitor and maintain utilities parameters such as pressure, temperature, and feed as per operating standards.

3. Carry out start-up and shutdown of utilities as per approved SOPs and safety guidelines.

4. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime of Utilities.

5. Participate in commissioning and startup of new utility equipment

6. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of chemicals (including HCl, HSO, NaOCl, water treatment chemicals, MEG, and Urea) for plant utility operations.

7. Maintain water level of fire water tank and raw water reservoir.

8. Adhere strictly to EHS policies, permit-to-work systems, and lockout-tagout procedures.

9. Coordinate maintenance activities during shutdown or breakdowns
