Field Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Arrange and deploy manpower to fulfil shortages at client sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to check manpower availability and site requirements.
• Maintain daily site visit reports, attendance updates, and manpower status reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1-5 years in manpower management, facility management, or field operations.
• Must be comfortable travelling to multiple client sites in Ahmedabad
• Must be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling urgent manpower shortages.
