Field Officer

Role & responsibilities :-

• Generate leads and acquire new customers in the assigned area.
• Conduct field visits for customer verification and data collection.
• Explain company products/services and assist customers with applications.
• Collect and verify required documents as per company guidelines.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely support.
• Achieve assigned business, sales, and collection targets.
• Submit daily field reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up for repayments/collections when required.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of field sales, operations, microfinance, banking, financial services, or customer relationship experience may apply.
• Knowledge of the local market and geography of Visakhapatnam is preferred.
