Field Officer Services - Collections (DRA certified)

Role & responsibilities

This role is to support Bank of Baroda's Receivable management portfolio and recovery operations by engaging with customers for timely recovery of overdue payments while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintaining customer centric approach. It includes field visits, customer interaction, resolution of delinquent accounts and meeting assigned collection targets accross allocated portfolios while following RBI guidelines and maintaining good customer service.

• Visit customers and collect overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers and discuss repayment options
• Handle customer questions and resolve payment-related issues.
• Update visit and payment details in the company system.
• Meet monthly collection and productivity targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 12th pass candidates can apply
• 12th passed out also are preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience may apply.
• DRA Certification is mandatory.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field work, travel and targets.
• Basic knowledge of Collections, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services or Field Operations are preferred.
• Should be comfortable using mobile/digital applications for reporting.
