Field Officer Services - Collections (DRA certified only)

Role & responsibilities :

• Conduct regular field visits to customers for the collection and recovery of overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding dues and committed payment dates.
• Engage with customers professionally and discuss repayment options in line with applicable company policies.
• Understand customer concerns and assist in resolving payment and account-related queries.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on assigned accounts to facilitate timely recovery of overdue amounts.
• Update customer visit details, payment information, commitments, and account status accurately in the designated company system/mobile application.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection, recovery, field visit, and productivity targets.
• Identify difficult, disputed, or unresolved accounts and escalate them to the concerned team for further resolution.
• Ensure all customer interactions and collection activities are carried out in accordance with RBI guidelines, regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-centric approach during customer interactions.
• Protect and maintain confidentiality of customer, account, and payment-related information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution of collection-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit required reports within stipulated timelines.
• Use mobile/digital applications for collection updates, field reporting, and account tracking.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
• Experience: Candidates with minimun 1 - 6 years of relevant experience may apply.
• DRA Certification: Mandatory.
• Relevant experience in Collections, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Operations will be preferred.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a field-based and target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits and local travel.
• Basic understanding of loan/receivables collection and recovery processes will be an advantage.
• Should be comfortable using mobile applications, digital platforms, and systems for reporting and updating collection activities.
