Field Officer (FOS)

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for collection and recovery of outstanding payments.
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding pending dues.
• Follow up on assigned accounts and achieve collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and payment commitments.
• Submit daily collection and field visit reports.
• Follow company policies, legal requirements, and ethical collection practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
