Work Mode: Field Job Compensation: 15,000 fixed + 5,000 petrol allowance + 25 per app installation (maximum 5,000 )

About the Role
Aspire Software Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive MBA Marketing fresher to manage offers on OfferBoat, our mobile application, and promote the app among mall visitors and customers at independent retail outlets. This is a field-based role that involves visiting malls and retail outlets, collecting and verifying offers, uploading accurate information to the app, and encouraging users to install OfferBoat.
Key Responsibilities
Visit malls, shopping centers, and independent retail outlets to collect details of available offers and promotions.
Enter and update offers accurately in the OfferBoat mobile application.
Verify offer details, validity dates, terms and conditions, and expiry dates before uploading.
Ensure that no incorrect, invalid, misleading, or expired offers are published on the app.
Regularly check existing offers and update or remove expired offers as required.
Promote the OfferBoat app among mall visitors, outlet customers, and other potential users.
Encourage customers to download and install the app and explain its benefits.
Build positive relationships with outlet owners and store representatives to obtain accurate offer information.
Maintain daily reports of outlet visits, offers uploaded, and app installations.
Achieve assigned targets for offer collection, data accuracy, and app installations.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Marketing — 2025 or 2026 batch only.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
Comfortable with extensive local travel and fieldwork.
Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Basic smartphone and data-entry skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining accurate offer information.
Willing to work on a contractual basis.
Compensation & Contract Terms
Fixed Salary: 15,000 per month.
Petrol Allowance: 5,000 per month.
Installation Incentive: 25 per successful app installation, capped at 5,000 per month.
Contract Duration: 3 months.
Notice Period: Either party may terminate the contract by providing 15 days notice.
