Job Description

PhysicsWallah is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive ATL & BTL marketing activities, on-ground activations, branding initiatives, and local market outreach in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
• Drive on-ground activations, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
• Manage events, exhibitions, and local outreach programs.
• Identify high-footfall locations for branding and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and distribution initiatives.
• Support school, college, and community outreach programs.
• Track campaign performance, leads, footfall, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
• Ensure smooth execution of all assigned marketing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, ATL/BTL Marketing, Activations, or On-ground Marketing.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education, Retail, FMCG, Events, or similar industries will be preferred.
