Job Description

Experiance - 1-3 years

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
2. Conduct regular field visits to doctors and referral partners in the assigned territory.
3. Identify and onboard new referral doctors and potential referral sources.
4. Promote the hospital's ophthalmology services, consultants, treatments and facilities to referral partners.
5. Generate and increase OPD, diagnostic and surgical patient referrals.
6. Follow up with referring doctors and ensure smooth coordination for referred patients.
7. Participate in promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, health camps, and other marketing activities.
8. Maintain daily field-visit reports, lead records, follow-up details, and sales activity reports.
9. Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets within defined timelines.
10. Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
