About this role
We're Hiring | Field Marketing Executive – Healthcare
Role: Field Marketing Executive – Healthcare Affiliate & Camp Outreach
Location: Frazer Town & nearby areas
Experience: 6 months–1 year in field sales, healthcare marketing, pharma/medical devices, or hospital business development
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, nursing homes, maternity homes, clinics and diagnostic centres.
Develop referral and affiliation partnerships with healthcare facilities and doctors.
Promote relevant SDAMC services including NICU backup, ICU coverage, specialist services, diagnostics and training support.
Build relationships with OB-GYNs, paediatricians and GPs.
Coordinate health camps with schools, RWAs, corporates and community institutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments, referrals and affiliations.
Maintain accurate CRM records and meet weekly/monthly outreach targets.
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/life sciences/pharmacy/nursing/hospital administration is an advantage.
English + Kannada required; Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Urdu is an advantage.
Good communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with field work and CRM applications.
Own two-wheeler + valid driving license mandatory.
