Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Associate to promote the company's products and services, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, generating leads, promoting brand awareness, and supporting sales growth across the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential customers and business partners.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with florists, event planners, decorators, corporate clients, retailers, and other relevant businesses.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
• Conduct competitor research and gather market feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate lead records.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly field marketing targets.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, promotional activities, and industry events.
• Prepare regular reports on field visits, leads generated, customer feedback, and market developments.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are welcome.
• Must be comfortable with daily market visits and client meetings.
