Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Field Manager. The role involves supporting and executing on-ground political operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation of strategies across various locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of field operations and political campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams, local representatives, and stakeholders
- Monitor field activities and ensure timely reporting
- Collect and manage on-ground data and insights
- Ensure effective execution of assigned tasks within deadlines
- Travel across Maharashtra for operational requirements
Key Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident presentation and professional demeanor
- Good understanding of political landscape and current affairs
- Fluency in Marathi with effective verbal communication
- Flexible approach with willingness for extensive travel
- Proactive attitude with adaptability to dynamic environments
