Field Manager

Role & responsibilities :

1. Identify suitable locations for new Pragyan CDC centres and conduct site visits.
2. Negotiate rental terms and coordinate centre setup, vendors, and required facilities.
3. Monitor centre development, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely operational readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

• No specific degree required; candidates with fieldwork experience are preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and coordinate centre setup activities.
