Field Loan Officer (FLO)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and dynamic Field Loan Officer (FLO) to support our collection and micro-credit operations for L&T Finance. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined individual with strong communication skills and willingness to work in field-based roles. Experienced candidates will be given preference; however, freshers may also apply.

Crucial Condition: The candidate will be allocated a work location minimum 50 km away from his hometown and must be willing to relocate accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct village identification and feasibility studies based on financial needs.

• Identify potential customers, form Joint Liability Groups, and conduct KYC verification.

• Assist in loan documentation, pre-disbursement training, and disbursement activities.

• Collect current dues and overdue payments from customers as per the defined schedule.

• Perform MERC (Micro Enterprise Receivable Collection) entries and follow up with overdue portfolios.

• Manage customer relationships and assist internal teams in taking actions against defaulters.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass, Under Graduate, or Any Graduate (Technical degrees like B.Tech/IT/ITI or LLB are NOT preferred).

• Gender: Male candidates only.

• Age: Below 30 years.

• Vehicle: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and Driving License (Mandatory).

• Core Skills: Presentable, well-groomed, disciplined, and strong verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,500 + Petrol Allowance + Performance Incentives.
