About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Loan Executive who will be responsible for coordinating with customers and respective bank branches for the smooth and timely processing of loan applications. The candidate will act as a bridge between the customer, sales team, and bank/financial institution, ensuring that all required documents, verifications, and loan formalities are completed within the required timeline.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with customers for loan application and documentation.
- Coordinate with respective bank branches and bank officials for loan processing.
- Explain the loan process, required documents, and basic loan formalities to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan applications.
- Submit loan applications and documents to the concerned bank/financial institution.
- Follow up with bank officials regarding application status, document verification, sanction, and disbursement.
- Coordinate with customers for resolving any documentation or verification-related issues raised by the bank.
- Schedule and coordinate customer visits, field verification, and bank-related formalities where required.
- Maintain proper records of all loan applications, pending documents, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
- Regularly update the sales/team members regarding the status of customer loan applications.
- Ensure timely closure of pending requirements from both customers and banks.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with bank branch managers, loan officers, and other banking personnel.
- Visit customer locations and bank branches as required for loan-related activities.
- Ensure that customer applications move smoothly from application documentation verification sanction disbursement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and bank officials.
- Basic understanding of bank loans, documentation, and loan processing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple customer applications simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and bank visits.
- Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, banking, NBFC, financial services, sales coordination, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in home loans, solar loans, personal loans, business loans, or consumer finance will be preferred.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence will be preferred due to the field nature of the role.
