Field Investigation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Review policy documents, medical records, police reports, and accident scene details to verify legitimacy.
• Question claimants, witnesses, doctors, and other relevant persons to secure statements.
• Identify inconsistencies, monitor public social media, or use surveillance when illegal or staged activity is suspected.
• Summarize findings clearly with recommendations to approve, reduce, or deny the claim.
• Work alongside claims adjusters, legal counsel, and law enforcement if litigation is required.

Preferred candidate profile

• A bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong critical thinking to spot data anomalies and assess liability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive interviews and precise written reporting.
• Familiarity with insurance regulations, policies, and local legal frameworks.
• Travelling is must and preferably male.
