Field Intern - Strategy

Role Description The Field Intern – Strategy is a full-time, on-site role based in Karad. The intern will support strategy design and implementation for public policy, governance, and development initiatives by conducting field research, stakeholder interactions, and data collection. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in qualitative and quantitative analysis, documenting insights from local communities and institutions, and contributing to reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with government departments and partner organizations, troubleshooting field-level challenges, and ensuring timely communication of findings to the core strategy team. The intern will also participate in training or awareness sessions, help prepare communication materials, and support project monitoring to inform evidence-based decisions.

• Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills to support workshops, awareness programs, and capacity-building activities.
• Relevant educational background in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Indian governance structures, public programs, and development challenges, along with basic data analysis skills, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Karad, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary, impact-driven environment.
