• Bulk Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard field sales talent (MRs, ASMs) to meet regional manpower targets.
• Employee Relations: Conduct field visits to resolve grievances, boost morale, and manage retention.
  
  
• Lifecycle Management: Handle attendance tracking, performance management inputs, and exit processes.
• Compliance: Ensure field operations adhere to local labor laws and internal corporate policies.
