1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Partner with Operations Managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Recruit Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, Crew Members, and support staff.
• Build local hiring partnerships with institutes, NGOs, and placement agencies.
• Maintain recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.

2. Employee Onboarding

• Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
• Facilitate pre-boarding communication and joining experience.

3. Employee Relations

• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct investigations into misconduct and policy violations.
• Maintain positive employee relations across restaurants.

4. Employee Engagement

• Execute engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Organize reward and recognition activities.
• Conduct employee surveys and action planning.
• Celebrate festivals, milestones, and company events.

5. Retention & Attrition Management

• Monitor attrition trends across restaurants.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
• Develop retention strategies for critical roles.
• Work with operations to reduce turnover.

6. Payroll & Attendance Coordination

• Verify attendance and roster accuracy.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with HR Operations.
• Resolve salary, leave, and attendance queries.

7. Business Partnering

• Partner with Area Managers and Regional Operations Managers.
• Support restaurant openings and expansion projects.
• Advise business leaders on people-related decisions.
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives.

8. Policy Implementation

• Communicate HR policies and SOPs.
• Ensure consistent implementation across all restaurants.
• Conduct policy awareness sessions.
• Handle policy exceptions with appropriate approvals.
