Candidate Profile

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR staffing, manpower outsourcing, field HR or third-party payroll.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client and employee relationship management ability.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel within Pune.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HRMS operations.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Candidates with experience in contract staffing /payroll / manpower outsourcing will be preferred.
