Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through field visits, local contacts, referrals, and job portals.
• Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets as per business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong local candidate network for bulk hiring.
• Coordinate with the HR/TA team for onboarding and joining formalities.
• Should be well-versed with the geography and major locations across Tamil Nadu.
• MALE diversity preffered for this role

Locations to travel:

Madurai : Madurai, Dindigul, Theni, Virudhunagar

Tirunelveli: Thoothukudi, Ramanathapuram, Tenkasi, Kanniyakumari

Eligibility:

• Any Degree are eligible for this role.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant recruitment/sales experience can apply.
• Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu districts, towns, and local areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment.
• Ability to work independently
• Two Wheeler is Mandatory
