While standard AI tools focus on short-form copy, DreamBook empowers creators, senior executives, founders, coaches, and consultants to convert their grand, long-held ideas into structured, print-ready manuscripts.
The Role: High-Agency, High-Impact
We are seeking our first US Field Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to own our physical presence in front of high-value audiences. This is a founding, field-facing role for someone who is a relationship builder, strategic operator, and relentless closer.
You will be in the right rooms - executive conferences, CEO communities, and leadership summits - turning high-level conversations into an active pipeline and premium customers.
🎯 What You’ll Do

Own US Event Strategy: Drive our presence across premium spaces like executive conferences, CEO communities, leadership summits, YPO/EO chapters, and private gatherings.

Execute in the Field: Attend 2–4 curated events per month, representing DreamBook in person, starting conversations with senior executives, and qualifying interest rapidly.

Deliver the Vision: Deliver sharp, high-stakes live product demos (including a compelling 60-second pitch) that make the platform's value click immediately.

Drive Revenue Outcomes: Turn event handshakes into a concrete pipeline, demo bookings, and closed-won customers.

Gather Field Intelligence: Capture insights on what resonates, unique user objections, and competitive dynamics to help refine our broader global GTM playbook.

Build Repeat Distribution: Cultivate long-term partnerships with event organisers, executive networks, and channel partners.

Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Keep CRM hygiene flawless, ensuring every high-touch interaction is logged and actioned rapidly.
What Success Looks Like

Direct sourcing of high-net-worth paying customers from field activities.

Highly optimised, qualified lead generation metrics per event.

On-site or rapid-turnaround (within 48 hours) trial sign-ups and booked follow-ups.

Highly accurate post-event ROI reporting and strategic actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 7 to 15 years of fast-paced experience within consumer AI companies, high-growth consumer startups, or premium field-facing enterprise sales environments.

Executive Presence: Proven track record of operating in high-stakes rooms and comfortably building relationships with founders, CEOs, and top-tier executives.

Pipeline Ownership: Comfort owning a direct revenue/pipeline target in a zero-to-one or early launch environment.

Communication Mastery: The ability to explain complex, cutting-edge AI utility simply, credibly, and persuasively.

Operational Rigour: Strong self-reliance, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.

Mobility: Based in the US and eager to travel 50–60% of the time to be where our customers are.
Nice to Have:

Existing deep relationships within executive, founder, coaching, speaking, or professional leadership communities (e.g., YPO, EO).

A deep interest in books, self-publishing, thought leadership, or creator tools.

Publishing/Creator Passion (Bonus): Prior experience in digital media, publishing, creator economy tools, or productivity platforms (e.g., Notion, Figma) is a significant plus.
