Job Overview

We are seeking active and result-oriented candidates for Field Work roles based in Kengeri and Yelahanka. Whether you are a fresh graduate starting your career or an experienced candidate looking for growth, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily field visits and on-ground client interactions.
• Manage operations, collections, or lead generation in assigned territories (Kengeri / Yelahanka).
• Maintain clear communication between clients/customers and the internal team.
• Submit regular daily reports regarding field activities and updates.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks and targets.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School / PUC / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Open to Freshers as well as candidates with prior field work experience.
• Mandatory: Valid Driver’s License and a personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter).
• Skills:
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of local routes in Kengeri or Yelahanka.
• Strong time management and self-motivation.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 / month (depending on experience and skills).
• Perks & Allowances: Petrol Allowance provided separately based on field mileage.
