Field Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Visit the market and meet painters and painting contractors.
• Explain JSW Paints products, features, benefits, and applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with painters and contractors.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote JSW Paints products in the assigned territory.
• Follow up with customers and contractors to support sales conversion.
• Achieve assigned sales and market coverage targets.
• Maintain daily field visit and activity reports.
• Provide market feedback to the sales team.
